Her remarkable experience allows for more product
knowledge, more accurate pricing, proven marketing
strategies, greater name recognition and stronger
negotiating power. Jane also employs a team of
expert assistants, who specialize in research,
marketing, administration, finance and sales,
allowing Jane to devote most of her time to negotiating
on behalf of her sellers. Jane also has an unparalleled
referral rate through which a considerable percentage
of her 2,000 plus satisfied customers provide
her with instant, credible access to new buyers
and sellers.
Jane is considered an expert in the Washington
Metro area real estate market by the local media.
She has appeared on Fox 5 News and also been quoted
numerous times in the Washington Post real estate
section, in Bethesda Magazine articles, and realtor
magazine, among others.
In addition to her extraordinary resume, Jane
Fairweather also plays an active role in the community
through her association with such local organizations
as the Rotary Club, Kiwanis Service Club and the
Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce. Along
with her husband David, Jane Fairweather also
runs various programs to benefit the local community,
among them the Jane Fairweather Community Service
Scholarship Award. Every year the couple present
this community service achievement award to one
student from each of the three Bethesda area high
schools. For five years now, Jane has mentored
a young girl from Nairobi, whose family fled Africa
during the war in their country. Jane considers
it a very rewarding experience to play a positive
role in a growing child’s life. Over the
past several years, Jane Fairweather has also
